Jorvorskie Lane is back with the Buccaneers.

Tampa Bay has re-signed Lane, a third-year fullback who played nine games for the club in 2014. The team announced the move Friday.

The 28-year-old Lane has made 25 regular season appearances, with the majority of his experience with Miami in 2012. A November broken leg ended his 2014 campaign.

Lane and Evan Rodriguez are the lone fullbacks on the Buccaneers’ roster.

In addition to signing Lane, the Buccaneers announced they had struck a deal with first-year tight end Emmanuel Ogbuehi. The Georgia State product spent time on the Ravens’ practice squad in 2014. He gives the Buccaneers seven tight ends under contract.

  1. He had one of the longest carries of the season for the Bucs and then Lovie proceeded to avoid giving him the ball ever again.

Yeah, that’s the state of affairs in Tampa

  2. I haven’t seen enough of lane….but HOW many tight ends Di you already need to bring into camp..7??? You already know who 2-3 tight ends ate gonna be if not all 3. How about Just signing DE’s and Off. Tackles and Guards. That’s OUR BIGGEST needs!!!!!!! Am I crazy? Lovie and Licht …with out those needs we might as well get ready to draft 1-3 in the 1st round next year if its gonna even be you guys drafting. I wish I could be hired as a consultant.
