The wait is finally over.

The 2015 schedule has been released on NFL.com ahead of Tuesday night’s television special and we’ve learned that two of the league’s new head coaches will make their debuts on the first Monday night of the regular season.

Dan Quinn and the Falcons will host the Eagles on September 14 at the Georgia Dome to mark Quinn’s first game as an NFL head coach. It will also provide us with our first look at what Chip Kelly’s been constructing over the offseason, which we’re contractually obliged to mention means that it might also be Tim Tebow’s first NFL game since he was a member of the Jets in the 2012 season.

That game will kick off at 7:10 p.m. ET on ESPN and the nightcap will feature Jim Tomsula’s 49ers at home at Levi’s Stadium against the Vikings. Tomsula coached one game as an interim coach in 2010, but this will be his first game as the full-time head man with the Niners.

It will also be the first game for Vikings running back Adrian Peterson since the first week of last season, assuming he remains Vikings running back Adrian Peterson come the first week of the regular season.
