Browns part ways with personnel man Jon Sandusky

The Browns are making some changes to their personnel staff, which seem to have been coming for a year now.

According to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, the Browns have “parted ways” with player personnel associate Jon Sandusky.

Maybe he should have seen this one in advance, since he was demoted from his previous title of director of player personnel a year ago.

Sandusky had previously worked with the Eagles, rising from intern to pro scout to director of pro personnel there, and came to Cleveland with Tom Heckert.

He was arrested in 2013 on suspicion of DUI. He’s also the son of convicted child molester Jerry Sandusky, the former Penn State assistant coach.
