Fan seriously injured after falling over rail at Broncos game

Mile High Tweets

One Colorado-based company thinks it has found one way to help Twitter, and itself, make money. Wayin has partnered up with the Broncos to project tweeted photos and tweets from fans onto the Sports Authority Field at Mile High’s Thundervision 2, the stadium’s marquee 40-foot high, by 220 foot wide video scoreboard. A fan fell over a railing at Sports Authority Field, and suffered serious injuries last night.

According to Tom McGhee of the Denver Post, police are investigating the fall, and there is no indication of foul play.

“The man went over the railing,” said Denver police spokesman Sonny Jackson. “It appears to be an accident.”

The man fell approximately 15 feet.

Last month, a fan died when he fell off the upper deck at an Atlanta Braves game.
