Bills make no secret that they hate the Patriots

Most NFL coaches want their players to avoid any bulletin-board material before they play a hated rival. Rex Ryan is not like most NFL coaches.

So as Ryan’s Bills prepare to play the Patriots on Sunday, Ryan is making no secret that he hates the Patriots, and isn’t asking his players to keep it a secret, either.

“I can’t wait to see what our fans are gonna be like when you have the hated Patriots, I mean this kind of rival come into our stadium. I don’t think our fans need any more prompting, but I’m looking forward to it. I’m just so glad that we play the game here,” Ryan said.

Bills safety Aaron Williams was even more blunt.

“I hate New England,” Williams said. “It’s definitely personal for me.”

Added Bills defensive tackle Marcell Dareus, “Don’t nobody likes the Patriots. Let’s just be honest about it now. Put it out there.”

You can bet the Patriots won’t respond in kind. But they may have something to say on the field on Sunday.
