Report: Packers Bryan Bulaga suffers sprained MCL

The Green Bay Packers likely will be without right tackle Bryan Bulaga for Sunday night’s matchup with the Seattle Seahawks.

Bulaga left practice on Thursday after injuring his left knee. According to Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com, Bulaga has suffered a sprained MCL and isn’t expected to need surgery.

Bulaga suffered the same injury in last year’s regular season opener against the Seahawks. Bulaga only missed one week with the injury last season. However, the timing of this injury could make that a more difficult task to accomplish this time around.

Bulaga was officially listed as limited during practice on Thursday for Green Bay. Don Barclay would likely replace Bulaga at right tackle against the Seahawks.
