Jaguars trying to avoid another “straight massacre” in London

The Jaguars keep changing up their London itineraries, and they’ve got a pretty good reason for it.

Having lost their two games at Wembley Stadium by a combined score of 73-27, the Jaguars could use something different.

The last couple times it was straight massacres out there,” tight end Marcedes Lewis said, via the Associated Press. “So we’re trying to change that around.”

They’ve shuffled their travel schedule, going in three days in advance of this week’s game against the Bills. But after having made the trip a few times, they think they’re figuring out the logistics of it, which leaves the football.

That, they haven’t been much better at, having lost their last four games in the United States. But with many expecting them to become regular visitors there, the team knows improving the product on the field will help them create some degree of home field advantage.

“We know we’re going to go there every year, so let’s take advantage of this,” linebacker Paul Posluszny said. “It’s important for our organization, so let’s do the job on the field and make it that way.”

Not losing to the Bills by a huge margin would be a nice first step.

  1. “Not losing to the Bills by a huge margin would be a nice first step.”

That’s impossible because the Bills don’t have a QB.

  2. It isn’t easy being a Jags fan, especially when you have to listen to a bum like Marcedes Lewis talk about anything.

I feel your pain, try being a Redskins fan. At least we don’t have to go to England to lose.

  5. Maybe Jacksonville should go over there and play a soccer game to improve their chances of winning

  6. The only way its “going to be different” is if the Jags don’t get on the plane.

Isn’t it funny that the all-powerful league that is desperate to ‘export its brand worldwide’ consistently sends its sh*ttiest teams overseas?
