Sen’Derrick Marks getting second opinion on torn triceps

The Jaguars got a win on the road yesterday, but it came with a cost, as they now have to deal with injuries to two of their more consistent performers.

Jaguars coach Gus Bradley told reporters that defensive tackle Sen’Derrick Marks has a torn triceps, and is getting a second opinion on the injury now.

Marks missed the first five games of this season while recovering from last year’s torn ACL,

That would be enough, but they’re also forced to worry about wide receiver Allen Hurns, who is going to Philadelphia to get a core muscle injury looked at. That visit was apparently scheduled earlier, and not related to any new injury suffered in the win over the Ravens.

Hurns has scored a touchdown in seven straight games, and is part of a growing sense of optimism there.

  1. That hurts…even if it is not torn – he will be out for awhile.
He was just coming back from a torn ACl suffered in last game of the year last year.
NFL Football is brutal on the body. Hate to see anyone go down.

  2. IR Marks now…. don’t tease the fans.
Let’s just get Bennett in there (if he’s healthy)
sign up a guy from PS and let’s make due now…
