The Seahawks won’t have many injury questions to answer before Sunday’s game against the Vikings kicks off.

Coach Pete Carroll said Friday that the only player who will miss the game because of an injury is tight end Luke Willson, who missed last week’s game with a concussion and isn’t ready to return to action. Running back Marshawn Lynch is ready to return after missing the last seven games while recovering from abdominal surgery and Carroll confirmed that Lynch is all systems go for Sunday.

“He’s looked really good in practice,” Carroll said on KIRO 93.7 in Seattle. “He’s practiced as hard as he ever has throughout the week just to prove to himself that he’s right I think as well as everybody else. So he’s ready to go and we’re anxious to see him fit in.”

The Seahawks passing game was operating at a high level down the stretch in the regular season with Lynch out of the lineup. If Lynch is able to produce the way he has in the past and things stay hot through the air, Seattle’s going to be tough for Minnesota and everyone else in the NFC to slow down in the postseason.
