The Packers have made their nearly-weekly Saturday update to the injury report, and it’s now official. Cornerback Sam Shields will miss a fourth straight game with a concussion.

The Packers have downgraded Shields from doubtful to out for Sunday’s wild-card game at Washington. Shields first suffered the injury during a Week 14 game against the Cowboys.

Also, linebacker Jayrone Elliott has been downgraded from questionable to doubtful with a quadricep injury.

Sixteen other Packers appear on the injury report, most of which are listed probable.
