An arrest warrant has been issued for former Colts linebacker Clint Session, and he faces six months in jail for failing to pay nearly $382,000 in child support for his special needs daughter.

Session’s 4-year-old daughter has cerebral palsy and is blind, and a judge has ordered him to pay the mother $381,912.63 for child support and medical expenses.

Shortly after filing a paternity suit in 2012, Session gave his parents $5 million, telling the court it was a gift and he doesn’t have access to the funds. Lawyers for the mother disagree.

It was just a way for him to say he has no money,” lawyer Sara Lawrence said, via Rafael Olmeda of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.

The family court in Broward County ruled that he continued to take money from his parents “at will as though from an ATM machine or checking account.”

The former Colts linebacker still lives in an $800,000 house in Indiana, and owns a juice bar there which generates $2,000 to $3,000 a month. But a judge said it was “wholly not credible” that he was living off that amount.

In January 2015, he was ordered to pay $6,917.21 a month, along with $2,000 a month for support for previous years and medical expenses. Since then, the mother’s lawyer claims he hasn’t paid more than $1,000 a month.

A judge signed a warrant Monday for him to be jailed for 179 days, but his location is unknown, and his lawyer didn’t respond to requests for comment.

He signed a five-year, $30 million contract with the Jaguars in 2011, with a $6 million signing bonus and $11.5 million guaranteed. Session has been out of the league since a series of concussions with the Jaguars that year, and was released in 2012.
