Since Rex Ryan made the move from head coach of the Jets to head coach of the Bills, we’ve seen a handful of former Jets players make the same trip between the AFC East clubs.
Defensive lineman Leger Douzable hasn’t made that move as of yet, but Adam Caplan of ESPN reports that he’ll be paying the Bills a visit on Monday.
Douzable played in every game for the Jets over the last three seasons and saw a good amount of playing time as a reserve on the team’s talented line. He did most of his work as a run-stopper and recorded 59 tackles and four sacks over those 48 games with the Jets.
Douzable, who has also played for the Jaguars and Rams, would likely be ticketed for a similar role if he landed with the Bills for the 2016 season.
