The Cowboys have been decimated on defense thanks to a recent run of suspensions, and they may be turning to a familiar face to help fill in.
According to Mike Garafolo of the NFL Network, the Cowboys are talking to veteran linebacker Justin Durant about a return.
Durant spent last year with the Falcons, but was released in February. The 30-year-old Durant spent the previous two years with the Cowboys.
They could use some depth there, after Rolando McClain was suspended 10 games. And having someone who is familiar with what they want to do can only help, especially if they can trust him to actually show up and be eligible.
