Last year, Packers receiver Jordy Nelson missed the entire season after a preseason knee injury. This year, the Packers are optimistic that Nelson can be healthy for the entire season.

He’s at least healthy for Week One, as coach Mike McCarthy says there will be no limitations on him in the opener against the Jaguars. McCarthy described Nelson as “full go” at practice.

“We expect him to line up and be full bore in Jacksonville,” McCarthy said.

Although Nelson did not play at all in the preseason, that was mostly a precaution. Nelson has indicated that he feels like he’s all the way back, and we’ll all get to see him back at it when the Packers face the Jaguars on Sunday.
