The Texans turned in a solid defensive effort in the second half and got the winning points on a 67-yard punt return touchdown by rookie Will Fuller in a 27-20 win over the Titans Sunday.

The punt return provided the Texans’ only points of the second half.

Fuller caught a 5-yard touchdown pass in the first quarter to put the Texans up 14-0, but their offense fizzled from there. Fuller had seven catches for 81 yards, and running back Lamar Miller went over 100 combined rushing and receiving yards to lead the Texans.

Texans quarterback Brock Osweiler completed 25-of-37 passes for 254 yards. He threw two touchdowns, both in the first quarter, and two interceptions.

The Titans never got closer than the Texans’ 28-yard line after Fuller’s punt return and turned the ball over on downs with 1:52 left.

Titans running back DeMarco Murray ran for 95 yards and both of his team’s touchdowns.

The Texans move to 3-1. The Titans fall to 1-3.
