Darrelle Revis, Nick Mangold return to practice

The Jets got a couple of starters back at practice on Friday, raising hopes that they’ll be in the lineup against the Cardinals on Monday night.

Cornerback Darrelle Revis and center Nick Mangold were both limited participants in Friday’s practice after coach Todd Bowles said that they were progressing on Thursday. Revis hurt his hamstring in Week Four and missed last Sunday’s game against the Steelers while Mangold left that loss with a knee injury.

Revis’ play has been down from past heights so far this season as has the Jets secondary as whole, but the Jets have little to do in that area other than hope for improvement as the season unfolds.

Linebacker David Harris remained out of practice with a hamstring injury while left tackle Ryan Clady and tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins got in limited workouts. The Jets will have a walkthrough practice Saturday before heading to Arizona.

What is the difference? Their season is clearly over and Harris.,. Mangold,. Revis, etc, won’t even be with the team next year if the Jets had any brains.

1 step forward, 3 back = NY Jets and Woody Johnson Tenure

A Jets article and only Pats holes comment…typical… and they can’t comprehend why everyone calls them ‘insufferable’…but heaven forbid if a “hater” replies on a Tawmy article. You get the Laws of Physics lecture again.

Tylawpick6 – could you please tell us all again about cap-hell?…that’s a cool story.

  3. @bubby, that’s pretty much the pot calling the kettle black. You seldom miss an opportunity to troll Pats thread. The disparity in comments on this article has as much to do with your fellow Jets fans having given up already as it does with ‘Pats fans’ being here. The quotation marks are there for a reason, randyin is actually a fish fan (they can’t troll anyone under their real id’s without being laughed at) and most Pats would rather tylawspick and ampats were Vikings fans.
