The Browns head to Tennessee for a game against the Titans with a couple of rookie quarterbacks facing the No. 2 overall pick from a year ago.

As expected, rookie Cody Kessler will start. And with veteran Josh McCown still out, rookie Kevin Hogan will serve as No. 2.

McCown has a collarbone injury. Via Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, coach Hue Jackson said that McCown is “getting close” to a return.

Hogan was picked by the Chiefs in round five of the 2016 draft, but he was released on September 3. He joined the Browns’ practice squad the next day.
