Jets QB Ryan Fitzpatrick has thrown 11 interceptions, three more than any other quarterback this season.

Patriots special teams captain Matthew Slater says of struggling K Stephen Gostkowski, “It’s a tough thing. I’ve always been an encourager. That’s the way I try to lead. I encourage Stephen. But Stephen’s a true pro. He’s been doing this a long time. You play in the NFL long enough, there’s going to be a time when things don’t go the way you’re accustomed to them going. That’s all part of it. I’m not overly concerned with it. I know he’s working hard to get things done.”

Despite an 0-2 start, the Bills now have a 75 percent chance of making the playoffs, according to Football Outsiders.

Miami’s Andrew Franks is the only kicker in the league who’s had two field goals blocked this season.

Bengals WR A.J. Green has an NFL-high 42 catches.

Ravens QB Joe Flacco has thrown 267 passes, by far the most in the NFL, but he ranks 11th in passing yards.

The Browns’ top two running backs, Isaiah Crowell and Duke Johnson, are both averaging 5.2 yards a carry.

Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger owns the league lead in touchdown passes, with 16, although he’ll likely lose that lead while he nurses a knee injury.

Colts QB Andrew Luck has been sacked an NFL-high 23 times.

Texans WR Braxton Miller says the process of learning a new position is going well.

Titans RB Antonio Andrews defended his decision to post video on social media of the hit that injured Browns S Jordan Poyer.

Last year Jaguars QB Blake Bortles had 35 touchdown passes in 16 games; this year he has just eight touchdown passes in five games.

The Broncos’s defense is allowing an average of just 182.3 passing yards a game, best in the NFL.

The Raiders’ defense is allowing an average of 312.7 passing yards a game, worst in the NFL.

Chiefs CB Marcus Peters leads the league with five interceptions.

Chargers K Josh Lambo has an NFL-high 30 touchbacks on kickoffs this season.

Cowboys QB Dak Prescott is the No. 2 quarterback in the NFL this season, according to ESPN’s QBR.
Washington will continue its safety rotation.

The Giants’ average time of possession of 26:07 is worst in the NFL.

Eagles RB Wendell Smallwood has the NFL’s only kickoff return touchdown this season.

Washington WR Jamison Crowder leads the NFL in punt return yards.

Before he got hurt, Bears QB Jay Cutler had a 75.7 passer rating. Backup Brian Hoyer has a passer rating of 100.8.

Lions P Sam Martin’s net average of 47.0 is the best in the NFL by a yard and a half.

Last year Packers QB Aaron Rodgers had career lows in completion percentage, yards per pass and passer rating. This year Rodgers is even worse in all three.

Vikings CB Marcus Sherels is the only NFL player with two punt return touchdowns this season.

Although the Panthers are struggling, TE Greg Olsen is having an outstanding year.

Atlanta’s Tevin Coleman has been the most efficient receiver out of the backfield among all of the NFL’s running backs this season.

Saints QB Drew Brees doesn’t appear to be losing anything in his late 30s.

Bucs QB Jameis Winston wasn’t sacked and didn’t fumble in Week One, but in four games since then he’s been sacked 12 times and fumbled in every game.

Cardinals RB David Johnson leads the NFL with eight rushing touchdowns.

In a sign of how Chip Kelly’s offense is struggling, 49ers P Bradley Pinion has an NFL-high 37 punts.

Rams P Johnny Hekker has landed 16 punts inside the 20-yard line, with no touchbacks.

The Seahawks’ defense is allowing a league-low 283.6 yards per game.
