Chiefs-Broncos in Week 12 flexed to Sunday Night Football

The AFC West has become the best division in football, and that will shine a brighter light on the division the rest of the season.

The NFL just announced it’s flex scheduling changes for Week 12, and the Chiefs and the Broncos have been moved to Sunday Night Football on NBC on Nov. 27.

That game replaces a previously scheduled Patriots-Jets game, which will now be played at 4:25 p.m. ET on CBS.

With three teams among the top five records in the NFL, the AFC West figures to come down to the wire, and the game in Denver will be important for the division title and possibly home field advantage in the playoffs.

  1. Just a bunch of chess pons making way for the unlucky team that will be blasted in the superbowl by Jerry Jones’ boys aka America’s Team aka The Dallas Cowboys whom has the best record in football. Bandwagon full, thanks for stopping by.

  2. Looks like the nfl does care about the ratings. I live in New York and nobody wants to watch the dumpster fire known as the Jets. As a fan it is just not exciting. Its like staying up late to watch a primetime browns game. However, Chiefs and Broncos is must see TV and definitely worth watching.

Sucks that Denver has to play so many prime time games, huge disadvantage and the officiating in these night games are always sketchy at best.
    ——————————-
The officiating at Denver games has been sketchy all year, and in favor of Denver.

  4. On behalf of the Patriots, I am deeply offended that we have been bounced out of a prime time slot. Personally, however, I am rather pleased that I won’t have to stay up to midnight to watch a crappy 45-10 blowout.

  5. trubroncfan07, the officiating is sketchy because they always slant things towards the Broncos.
I am still waiting on the fine on Talib for the blatant head shot on Cam Newton in the first NFL game this season.

  6. south cali here, the ONLY early game on tv was Jets/Rams….they wonder why the ratings are so low…. why?

  7. Damnit. As a pats fan in Denver I wanted to go to the game and watch Sunday night football afterwards. Nobody cares about this game and pats jets is much more interesting

  8. As a Raider Fan, Im looking forward to watching those 2 teams tear each other apart in primetime. Like the Joker throwing a broken pool cue at 2 people and telling them that we’re having tryouts.

  9. Chiefs have a whopping ONE win over us in SIX years, and that came last year vs. and injured and old Peyton Manning. Broncos will dominate them once again, this time in front of all of America.

  10. “Chiefs have a whopping ONE win over us in SIX years”

Three. The Chiefs are 3-9 against Denver the past six seasons.
If you are going to YELL in caps – do your homework first.

Hope they do the same thing week 17…Go Raiders!!

  12. Broncos will need to give much more than they did yesterday to beat the Chiefs; even at home. Hali and Houston have gotta be licking their chops when reviewing film of O-line’s performance vs the Saints yesterday. A win is a win but, holy sheet they have to have accumulated the worst o-line, center not included, in football!

It’s 4 wins, and the Chiefs beat the defense, not Manning, who beat himself.

  14. I don’t believe in Alex Smith even against a rookie QB of Denver. Yes the Chiefs will have Hali and Houston but unfortunately they still have Alex Smith. People forget that Alex Smith had a great defense in San Francisco and he still couldn’t get the team over the hump. It is the same story with the Chiefs.

You’re a Jets fan pretending to be a Patriots fan, so what you don’t believe in doesn’t really matter.

  16. That’s correct, Joe. Alex is the only one to win a Playoff game and play in a Conference Championship game. The other two are frauds, like the Faiders. Member Chiefs 26-10? Member?

  17. Thankfully we’ll get to play a team with a worse QB than our own. And we’re gonna break that chump in half, so they can drag the rookie out there to get the same treatment. With no running game whatsoever, he’s dead meat.

  18. Hey KC, you can thank us later for finally getting you on prime time tv. It must suck to be in a small town market where crop produce dominates the news. Anyway, Dorothy, welcome to Denver. Our lights stay on past 9 pm, unlike yours. Moo!

  19. Oh, PS Chiefs, win a Super Bowl and maybe prime tv will show you some love. Meanwhile, you will always have The Hay Bowl and your beloved tractor pull championships. Hee Haw!

Chefs, Donko’s and Raiders. Only one team has a real QB.

The “real” QB got beat in his own house by the Chiefs. Just keepin’ it “real”.

  21. Carr is in his third year. How many playoff appearances does the GOAT have? All the other West qbs have been there. Just sayin.
