Three 49ers players suffered season-ending injuries in Sunday’s loss to the Falcons, 49ers coach Chip Kelly told reporters Monday.

Wide receiver Quinton Patton has a foot injury, linebacker Nick Bellore suffered an elbow injury and tight end Blake Bell is out with a shoulder injury. Kelly said cornerback Jimmie Ward (shoulder), center Marcus Martin (ankle) and nose tackle Glenn Dorsey (injury undisclosed) also were injured during the game, but it’s too early to tell if they’ll be able to play in the team’s final two games.

With at least three players headed to the injured-reserve list the 49ers will make some roster moves and eventually have some new players to evaluate over those final two games.

The 49ers play at the Rams Saturday. The 49ers got their only win when they beat the Rams in the season opener.
