Thursday’s PFT Live draft focused on one of the lingering questions in the aftermath of the 2018 NFL draft.

Specifically, what are the most glaring remaining needs for NFL teams?

As usual, Simms and I went three rounds deep. As usual, it was a lively and spirited segment. As usual, I won.

But don’t take my word for it. (You never would.) Check it out, hear us out, and declare a winner in the comments.

  1. The Pats could really use some competition outside the division….either conference…..

  2. I’d float the idea that the most glaring need is more practice time. 32 teams would probably agree.

Yep, it’s a shame that the NFC couldn’t put forth anyone to beat them in the Superbowl…oh wait.

  4. Packers: CB, backup QB, WR, SS, OLB, OL, TE, RB, Head Coach, and CB again its so bad. In that order.
    ======

They could fix all those other problems, McCarthy would still keep them out of the Super Bowl.

  5. Buffalo…
Wide Receiver is their only glaring need.
Kelvin Benjamin, Rod Streater, Andre Holmes, Malachi Dupre, Cam Phillips & Brandon Reilly are all #2 receivers.
Zay Jones, Jeremy Kerley, Ray Ray McCloud, Quan Bray, Austin Proehl & Robert Foster are all Slot Receivers.
Kaelin Clay is a speed receiver.
The Bills are lacking a true #1 receiver… and NO that is NOT Dez Bryant.

  6. Redskins – running back, wide receiver, entire offensive line, offensive coordinator, entire secondary on defense, new defensive coach, and a new head coach.

    And, a new owner.

New England could use some new cheating referees for the upcoming season.

BWA HA HA HA HA!!!! Did you think that up yourself?

  8. There is a reason why the Cleveland Browns have won 1 game in the last 2 years. They don’t know how to draft.

  9. Given the Patriots QB is old enough to start receiving AARP offers, I say Patriots still need a QB.

You mean that league MVP that put up a Super Bowl record 505 yds QB??
But I will say they need to look into it next year if their 7th rounder Doesn’t work out…..
