Giants center Jon Halapio left in the third quarter with what appears to be a serious injury.
The team’s medical personnel put Halapio’s right leg in an air cast and helped him onto the cart. He waved to his teammates as he left the field.
John Greco replaced Halapio at center.
Greco has made three starts at center, playing mostly guard in his career with the Rams, Browns and Giants.
