  1. For the first time since i started watching the NFL, I have no team to root for or root against in the playoffs. I literally don’t care about any of these teams. I’d like to see a team that hasn’t won a ring do it, so go chargers/texans/titans.

  2. Of course Dallas gets Saturday night. Nothing the league or the media want more than for them to be relevant again. It’s only been 25 years

  3. This was nice of the NFL. The cowboys will be able to watch the rest of the playoffs on Sunday once their season ends.

  4. I’ll watch exactly zero games. Same old same old. I’ll root for the Patriots. Lots of respect for that franchise and their consistent greatness. Go Pats.

  5. The Ravens will destroy the Chargers. Rivers is a statue and they have to fly cross country and play in cold weather. The California beach boys always have problems dealing with cold weather.

  6. Thanks for the help today Chicago but the Eagles are going to upset the Bears on Sunday in Chicago! Fly Eagles Fly! Team of Destiny! St. Nick throws a football!

    I’m so glad Joe and Troy get the Cowboys for about the 15th time this year
    =============

    Yes we’ll get to hear Troy say “I didn’t see it” on every Cowboy penalty

  8. Why would the league position America’s Team to get punished, annihialated and embarrassed on national television in the prime viewing slot of the weekend? The NFL just has it in for da’ boys…

    The NFL is stupid. Colts/Titans winner playing the last game tonight then travels to Houston on short rest.

    Chargers play at 1 pm (10 AM pst) on Sunday
    ====================

    You’re talking about a grand total of 6 hours difference in finish times. Call it a minor perk for the 3 seed. Small potatoes to ensure the networks who pay millions to get the game they want.

  10. Cowboys fans will get to watch the Boys win Saturday night, then relax and watch the eagles get stomped on Sunday. Perfect first weekend of 2019!

  11. Well of course the boys will be on in primetime!!! Switch out the eagles and the boys and that game would be on primetime. They do not have to tell us this… Since they are always seemingly in primetime no matter how good or bad they are.

  12. Weird that people are in such a twist over the Cowboys getting the prime time Saturday night game. I don’t particularly like the Cowboys, but they’re still really popular, and I’d wager they’re the most popular of the teams left by a wide margin. So yeah, they get the best time slot. This is not rocket science.

    On another note, are there really grown men out there who get upset over what time the Cowboys are scheduled? These people actually exist?

  13. The late Sunday game is the one league/network consider to be the prime match-up of the weekend and the one likely to draw the most interest from the widest amount of people.

    Way more people at home on Sunday to hope to draw in than on Saturday night.

  14. I don’t care which team comes to Gillette, I’m more concerned about which patriots team will show up. Be can beat any of the teams in either conference, but if they do win I’ll consider it a bonus year. 6 games in the playoffs were not a lock. Hopefully it all comes together at the end. Very torn about Pittsburgh being out. Would love to have seen NE get payback and send them home early, again.

  15. Has anybody seen Russell Wilson and the Seahawks Primetime record over the last five years?

    Giving Russell the primetime game instead of making them play an earlier game is almost a big favor for the Seahawks.

    Russell Wilson loves primetime. 17-2 or something crazy like that.

  16. Joe and Troy are terrible but when they get a Cowboys game it is the absolute worst.

    Troy sounds like he wants to throw on his old uniform and take over at QB half the time.

  17. Remember that time when I beat up Dick Butkus? I’m older than that guy who punked Russell Wilson.

  18. This game will probably be played tight and in the low 20’s. Seattle doesn’t want to get too big of a lead because then it becomes a basketball game. Keep a 4-7 point lead and control the line of scrimmage….trust your QB will make the right play down the stretch. If the Seahawks had a little better defense I’d say go for the jugular and try to light em up.
