The Bengals are willing to go young. That even means considering guys who were coaching at the high school level last year.
According to Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com, the Bengals have hired local high school coach Doug Rosfeld to a position on new coach Zac Taylor’s staff.
Rosfeld worked with Taylor at the University of Cincinnati in 2016, and was the head coach at Cincinnati’s Moeller High in 2018. He was named the Grater Catholic League South’s coach of the year last season.
This appears to be for an administrative job on Taylor’s staff, though it continues with their trend away from established coaches (or even experienced ones) this offseason.
