  1. Just ridiculous, killing someone over a parking spot? This is what our society has become truly too sad for words- we need REAL change, please do not support democrats or repunlicans, otherwise it’s just status quo, and we all suffer

  2. So sad that things like this happen. RIP to Mr. Cunningham. I know it’s cliched and without knowing all the details, but if people could just learn to get along and behave like adults and not pull out weapons over stupid things the world would be a lot better.

  3. Talk about a senseless murder — over a parking spot???? Have people gone crazy, or what? Has life become so meaningless that you can die arguing over a parking spot????
R.I.P T.J. Cunningham and condolences to his family.

  4. Over a parking space. It’s astonishing what some people place above human life. Cold blooded premeditated murder. Another productive member of society gone and we’re left to deal with the one who caused it.

  5. Holy Smoke! What in the hell is wrong with these guys? A parking space takes 2 lives? One is gone and the other gets to think about it for the rest of his life. And neither one gets the parking space.

  6. What a shame that both of these men thought a parking spot was worth this. Cunningham is dead because he underestimated the other guy that other guy is now going to spend the rest of his life in jail, never getting to use the parking spot that meant so much to him

  7. If thou watch Investigation ID you see three strangest cases thou couldn’t imagine. Btw, good guys with guns? More murders happen with told than guns. Watch the show

  8. Is the guy with gun a “good guy” or a “bad guy.” Could he have been stopped by a good guy with a gun? Those are the questions confronting us Americans.

One thing is obvious. If he didn’t have the gun, Cunningham would still be alive and Johnson wouldn’t be in jail. This “good guy with a gun” is a meme created by the NRA. It’s a myth and represents everything wrong with the gun culture and needless deaths caused by guns and the militant stance taken by the NRA and lackeys. I say this as a gun owner.

As a fellow gun owner I applaud your comments. 100% on point….

  11. Granada fan….. if the queen had balls she’d be king. Australia eliminated all guns and saw A huge spike in violent crime. You live in a dream world. Childish. It’s an island, so they have to import the new black market item. If he has the gun and left it in his car the guy would be alive too. If only cars were illegal no one would ever get killed by a drink driver. Give Cortez time. She’ll make it happen

It could have been negated with dialogue. It’s a parking spot. A PARKING SPOT!!!
I’ve been around firearms my entire life. Not once during any type of confrontation I’ve had, did I say,’I need my firearm’.

Senseless murder. Premeditated. Pure and simple.

The guy should fry. RIP to the victim, and condolence to the family.

As an aside, your post confirms you’re an idiot! Yes, I’ll be surprised if this gets posted.
