Although 22 of 32 teams meet the NFL’s requirements for partially reopening facilities Tuesday, fewer will.

The Packers are one of those that will remain closed.

The team currently is working on a re-opening plan for Lambeau Field, Matt Schneidman of TheAthletic.com reports.

“The Packers have not determined a reopening date for offices and business units,” the Packers said in a statement. “The organization will continue our preparations for that effort guided by information from medical and public health officials at the federal, state and local levels, along with the NFL.”

The Titans and Broncos are among other teams that will not partially reopen this week.

  1. Green Bay is in Brown County, it has the highest rate of Covid19 per 100,000 in the state.

  2. If I were Rodgers, I’d hold out for a bigger raise or a trade. This scenario is completely different than the Farve Rodgers. Rodgers deserved to be a first rounder. Love does not. Rodgers needs help especially when Billy Turner is your starting guard. If they want to play games instead of get better, then I’d play their game and call their bluff. Let them play Love.

Lambeau Field is not a meat processing plant which is where a majority of the Covid 19 virus came from.

Where is comes from is not important. Where is goes is. and it not in Lambeau because Lambeau ios closed. Once it is open all the packers fans will bring it there too.

That’s a pretty big word for you bud, congrats on using it properly. The statement makes no sense in context to the story of course, but baby steps.

  6. The Vikings just might be better prepared to work through this pandemic than the Packers.

They have 60 years of experience social distancing from the Lombardi Trophy.

Apparently the trophy case has also been in lockdown for those same 60 years.

  11. If its named after your coach why have you only attained it twice in 50 years, seems pretty pathetic to brag about something you barely accomplished. Oh, but those championship teams during the 1930’s sure were a powerhouse.

  12. The Packers are partially opening the facility to allow the NFL officials practice their bogus flag throwing to give the Packers wins they don’t deserve.

  13. Since Rodgers became a starter in 2008, in net yards gained from the penalties of opponents, the Packers’ average rank is 12.17. The Vikings’ average rank is 12.92. They’re side-by-side in a virtual tie. These are facts, not opinions. I think the only conclusion that can be drawn is; Viking trolls are whiners.
