The Chiefs are still holding out hope for having their No. 2 receiver on Monday night at Baltimore.

Sammy Watkins is questionable with a concussion and a neck injury. He returned to practice on a limited basis on Friday, and he fully participated in Saturday’s practice.

Also questionable for the Week Three are cornerback Charvarius Ward (hand) and linebacker Dorian O'Daniel (knee, ankle).

Defensive end Alex Okafor (hamstring) is out for Monday night.

All other players have received no injury designation, including running back Darrel Williams (ankle), defensive end Frank Clark (illness), and safety Juan Thornill (knee).

The Chiefs and Ravens each have started the season 2-0. In 2018 and 2019, the Chiefs beat the Ravens in Kansas City.

  1. If Hill is the #1 receiver, Kelce is the #2 or vice versa. After them its probably Hardman. And the RB ranks anywhere from 1 to here if we’re talking about touches.

Watkins for the most part has ridden the Chiefs back lol. To his credit I think he took a pay cut to stick around.

    …………………………..
Since Kelce is a TE, Watkins IS listed as #2 WR genius. Not talking about receptions or targets, talking about depth chart.

  3. On the majority of NFL teams, Watkins would be the #1 wide-out and a lot of teams would pay big to have him.

He took a pay cut to keep playing in January & February for the foreseeable future.

Besides, in the coldest months, Sammy plays his hottest ball.

  4. The next time Godell quacks about player safety remember the head to head hit Watkins got in the Chargers game. He’s still suffering the effects but no flag, no fine. The officials should be fired

  5. It is unbelievable that there was no flag and no discipline from the league came down as a result of that hit. It was headhunting, plain and simple. Should have been a fine and possibly a suspension for it.
