Miles Sanders, Alshon Jeffery get in full practices Thursday

The Eagles may be getting a couple of offensive pieces back from injury against the Giants this weekend.

Running back Miles Sanders was a full participant in practice on Thursday. Sanders missed the team’s final two games before the bye because of a knee injury and got in a limited session on Wednesday. The move to full would seem to be a good sign for his Sunday availability.

Wide receiver Alshon Jeffery also worked in full Thursday. That’s the second straight day that Jeffery has drawn that listing, so he may be nearing his 2020 debut after missing the first eight games with foot and calf injuries.

Right tackle Lane Johnson remained limited with an ankle injury while defensive tackle Fletcher Cox returned to practice after resting on Wednesday.

  1. Steller idea to keep Jeffery on the active roster for 10 weeks while throwing away one of our draft picks who didn’t clear waivers when injuries struck and the Eagles didn’t have the room.

Pretty much everything involving Roseman and Jeffery has been a disaster for the last 2 years including guaranteeing his 2020 salary before the start of the 2019 season(at no benefit to the team) and then trying to trade him for the next 2 years and then ultimately not being able to trade him at the deadline because Jeffery wasn’t ready to come back.

Roseman is good at trades but he freaking stinks at talent evaluation and Jeffery has basically been stealing money from the team ever since the Super Bowl year.

  2. It feels like Alshon Jeffery hasn’t played a game since he was still with the Bears sometimes, which sucks, I might not like that team but the dude had/has talent

Most of that is true, but thankfully he had a decent 2017 season with the eagles and was near dominant in the playoffs that year and was a big reason why they got that super bowl.

  4. Everyone is healthy when they see the NYG on their schedule for that week! And for 2 games in the last 3 played.

  5. i love how this Eagles team just needed to turn into Cinderella against the Vikings. Literally every player on that 2017 team has turned into a scrub ass player – all the way down to their kicker that was basically responsible for their home field advantage in the playoffs because he sunk a 64 yard FG against the Giants.
