Quarterback Josh Allen never wants to leave Buffalo after the love he has felt from Bills Mafia.

The donations to Oishei Children’s Hospital in memory of Josh Allen’s grandmother, Patricia Allen, continue to roll in.

Patricia Allen, 80, died Saturday, and Allen played in her memory Sunday.

After Oishei Children’s Hospital tweeted Friday that donations had reached $483,000, Allen tweeted his thanks and his own donation.

“Unreal. Count me in for $17,000 to make it $500,000,” Allen wrote.

Donations to the hospital typically have come in $17 increments, representing Allen’s jersey number. Total donations were nearing 24,000 on Friday night.

  1. Great story, great thing to donate to, and shows there are some truly good people out there willing to help others. Great job everyone.

  2. First they gave over $400k to Andy Dalton’s foundation and now this. Maybe Buffalo fans aren’t so bad after all. I could read stories like this every day. Well done Bills fans.

  3. You can say all you want about rowdy fans, disrespectful fans in different stadiums in the NFL but when it comes to the aid or helping out they are in a class of there own. That is why our fans are the best in the world if they have it they will give it to you if not they will find a way to get it and give it to you.

  4. Just added another $17. Let’s keep it going!
    Dear J******

Thank you for making healthcare a priority for you and your family with a gift to the Foundations of Kaleida Health. Your donation will help us strengthen services and fund programs of healing and discovery today and in the future.

  5. this is what a loser fanbase does without seeing any semblance of a franchise qb for 20 years.

Will be be glorious when they need to give him 25 mil per after he chokes away the season.

  6. If we are able to do this for Josh Allen and the previous donations for Andy Dalton, imagine what we could accomplish if we actually cared about these foundations when it didn’t involve your favorite football team

From one Pats fan to another, you are a terrible human being

  8. Donated my $17 on day one, donating my second $17 now. Great cause, love Josh Allen and our Bills fan base no matter our record! #GoBills #BillsMafia

  9. The people of Buffalo are very loyal to the Bills, something that ex-QBs Jim Kelly and Doug Flutie can attest to. This generosity in these hard times is admirable. Not a Bills fan, but I respect this.

  10. My fellow Bills fans and NFL family makes me want to SHOUT! Y’all who donated are the real MVPs!!
