Aaron Rodgers completes his usual offseason workout program

Aaron Rodgers is training as if he’s preparing for an NFL training camp, even as he has continued to refuse to say whether he’ll report when the Packers begin camp this week.

Rodgers has been working out at Proactive Sports Performance in Los Angeles, which has been documented on the gym’s Instagram.

A Proactive Sports Performance representative told ESPN Rodgers is “working and he’s ready” for football.

That doesn’t necessarily prove Rodgers is going to be at the Packers’ training camp. He could be working out in the hopes that a trade can still be facilitated, wanting to be in good shape when he gets to his new team. And some retired players continue to train as if they were playing.

So we continue to wonder what Rodgers’ status is for this week, but there’s little doubt that if he decides to report to training camp, he’ll be ready to go.

  1. If whining, crying and acting like a Diva is his off season workout program,he definitely has accomplished it!

  2. Diva boy will show up. thats why hes been practicing. My take, his end end game, no contract, play out this season then adios.

  3. I’ve got to imagine that if there’s anything about this situation that’s a 100% certainty…it’s that Rodgers is absolutely loving the fact that his entire team, it’s fan base, the NFL, Las Vegas (and most everyone else) is waiting on his decision.

  4. Just wait until I’m at the shareholders meeting. Going to give them a piece of my mind, that’s for sure. Then probably selling my stock

The Goat doesn’t answer to anyone!

He’s not even one of the top two QBs in Packers’ history….let alone the GOAT. In the scheme of things, he would be lucky to rank in the top 20 QBs of all time

  6. Rodgers career stats vs NFL all-time:

    #1 lowest interception percentage
    #7 in TDs
    #3 in passer rating
    #11 passing yards
    #12 completion percentage

Yeah…I’d say that Rodgers stats easily put him with the best of all time. Brady is still the GOAT.

  7. A ritual just as common and usual as his ‘lose in the NFCCG’. I’ve no doubt this summer’s offseason workout program has prepared Rodgers to have a statistically impressive regular season, followed by a post-season devoid of any leadership, courage, and stepping up in clutch moments.

  8. Rodgers is a current MVP QB, and the Packers decided two years ago to get rid of him and they traded away a 1st round and. 4th round pick to move up to take a QB they liked better. You don’t give away that kind of draft capital, unless you have a plan. Especially when your team is only a player or two from winning another super bowl. Rodgers is staying in shape so he’s ready when the trade gets finalized. He’s doing everything he should be doing, according to the plans Mark Murphy made two years ago. The mind boggling thing is why the media is focused so much on Rodgers and not on Murphy. The Packers don’t have an owner, so Murphy is the top man in the organization. A team doesn’t make these moves unless the orders have come from the top. The fact that nobody in the organization has been fired, confirms that.
