Cardinals wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins played without practicing last week, but it doesn’t look like he’ll have to do the same this week.

Darren Urban of the team’s website reports that Hopkins is on the field and working with the rest of the team during the portion of Thursday’s practice that was open to the media. His level of participation will be noted on the team’s injury report.

Hopkins missed practice all of last week and on Wednesday because of injured ribs. Hopkins caught three passes for 21 yards while playing 61-of-67 offensive snaps in last Sunday’s win over the Jaguars.

Urban also notes that offensive linemen Kelvin Beachum (ribs), Justin Murray (back), and Justin Pugh (back) were not spotted on the field. All three players missed practice on Wednesday.

  1. You could tell when Hopkins was on the field those rips were really bothering him and he was there more as a decoy. Having him back healthy is a HUGE. In the slot Christian Kirk is playing at an elite level this season and has been absolutely dominate this far breaking out in a major way & next to him WR Rondale Moore is almost impossible to cover with his elite 4.28 speed and can stop pivot on a time creating separation with ease. He posted a 6.79 3 time which is just insane and with a 42.5 vertical he plays a lot bigger than he is. And AJ Green is still a dominant WR esp as a #2 putting up 118YDs last weekend. Hopefully Kliff used more of Andy Isabella and his 4.29 speed running go go routes and Murray also has arguably the best pass catching back in the NFL in Chase Edmonds. RB James Connor is a solid pass catcher to & an excellent above average receiving TE who’s an elite blocker in Maxx Williams.
AZs linemen out yesterday is no surprise. Justin Pugh and Justin Murray cramped up bad in the JAX humidity, Kingsbury likely rested them. Beachum is definitely playing Saturday but so is Pugh n Justin Murray who will slide back into a reserve role.
Arizona has the firepower to put up a points in bunch’s on LAs defense while AZ has a stacked defense and the talent to contain their weapons. This should be a very good game either way. I’m going to Say………
    AZ 38
    LA 24
