The Chiefs ruled out cornerback Charvarius Ward and defensive end Frank Clark for Sunday’s game.

Clark has played only one game this season.

He missed the season opener with a hamstring injury, returned for Week 2 and then injured his other hamstring last week in practice and was inactive Week 3. He was limited in practice this week.

Clark made two tackles in 53 defensive snaps in Week 2.

Ward sat out last Sunday with a quad injury and practiced on a limited basis this week. He has eight tackles in two games this season.

The Chiefs already had ruled out cornerback Rashad Fenton with a concussion.

  1. Frank Clark is a monster who hates woman. Shame on him. Shame on Andy Reid aka the Enabler.

  2. What a colossal waste of money & totally avoidable. Who’s the GM here and why isn’t he taking heat for assembling a bloated payroll with an awful defense?

  3. What parent would be so cruel as to name offspring “Chavarious”? That is child abuse.

  4. 100 million to underperform, get caught with an uzi, and is hurt more often than not. Get rid of him already. KC could pickup 4 guys off the street with more production. I’d think the UZI case would nullify any remaining cap hits.
