Buccaneers receiver Antonio Brown hasn’t played since he hurt his ankle in Week 6 against the Eagles. He did not practice Wednesday, and coach Bruce Arians called Brown doubtful for Sunday.

Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that Brown will miss at least the next two games. The Buccaneers are at Atlanta and host Buffalo the next two weeks.

Arians said Brown is dealing with a heel issue in addition to his ankle injury.

The Bucs are 5-0 in games Brown has played, and he has 29 receptions for 418 yards and four touchdowns this season.

Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, Scotty Miller, Tyler Johnson and Jaelon Darden are the other wideouts on the roster, though Darden currently is in concussion protocol.

  1. It’s a coverup of some kind and the league will continue to protect anything and everything as long as it involves Brady’s team which this does. Truly unreal the favoritism and coverups the league provides for Brady continuously. It never ends. Who actually believes Brady ever got vaccinated?

It amazes me how people who constantly point to all the suspensions and fines the Pats and Brady have had hung on them as proof they are cheaters and then turn around and complain about how the NFL shows Brady favoritism and covers things up for him. I mean, which is it??? Haters gonna hate no matter how foolish they make themselves look.

  3. Sooooo, when Brucey said this, did he know what was coming? Is AB actually healthy enough to play?
