The Patriots ruled out a couple of offensive contributors for their attempt at a season sweep of the Bills on Sunday.

Wide receiver Nelson Agholor and running back Rhamondre Stevenson will not play this weekend. Safety Joshuah Bledsoe has also been ruled out.

Agholor has been out of practice all week because of a concussion. The Patriots are also set to be without Kendrick Bourne at wideout because he is on the COVID-19 reserve list and N'Keal Harry is listed as questionable with a hip injury.

Stevenson is dealing with an illness. His absence will leave Damien Harris, Brandon Bolden, and J.J. Taylor as the running back options on the 53-man roster. Harris (hamstring) and Bolden (knee) are listed as questionable with a hamstring injury.

Center David Andrews (shoulder), defensive lineman Christian Barmore (knee), linebacker Ja'whaun Bentley (ribs, ankle), kicker Nick Folk (knee), and safety Adrian Phillips (knee) are also listed as questionable for New England.

  1. Shame all these injuries to the skill positions at the worse time will have an huge impact on playoff setting as the Bills can easily turn the tables via the air but let the game be played and the aftermath is sorted some other day and way.

  2. The Pat’s are the walking wounded but they cant make excuses they have to do the best they can with what they have and let the chips fall where they may.

Its still not the worst los of players I have seen a team absorb. Depth is one of the secrets to winning, especially nowadays with Covid factors in play on top of the usual injury traffic.

  4. A Dolphins win and a Patriots loss would make the AFC East very interesting. It is looking more and more like it will happen.

Time for Jonnu Smith to breakout and earn his keep, past time really. Good luck im giving up on that dude hes a lost cause too raw as a route runner and his football awareness and IQ seem low.

A Patriot loss would mean a Bills win, and if the Bills win there is virtually no chance the Dolphins could catch them. The Bills have already swept Miami and would be 4-1 in the division with a week 18 game against the Jets. Miami could pass NE for 2nd in the division and possibly make it to a wildcard spot but winning the division is not in their future.

  7. Stop the excuses already. Both teams are missing key players. Beasley, Davis, Feliciano, Dawkins, Ford, all out of the Bills starting lineup. Thats 2/3 starting WR and 3/5 starting OL. Factor in all pro T White and it can actually be argued that Buffalo is missing more KEY players. Its the NFL. Next man up and lets see what happens!
