It looks like Tyler Huntley will be starting at quarterback for the Ravens against the Rams on Sunday.

According to multiple reporters at Ravens practice, Lamar Jackson remained out of action on Friday. Jackson returned to practice Wednesday after missing the last two games with an ankle injury, but word from the session was that he was limping badly and he did not get back on the field Thursday.

Huntley also missed last Sunday’s loss to the Bengals while on the COVID-19 reserve list, but he has been activated and has been working with the team during practice. Josh Johnson got the start against Cincinnati and will likely serve as Huntley’s backup this weekend.

Jamison Hensley of also reports that wide receiver Marquise Brown is missing from Friday’s practice. He was out on Thursday with an illness.

  1. The Ravens can “get by” Offensively with Huntley. He’s no slouch! Its whether or not that get enough guys back on Defense!

  2. Not sure he wants to come back.
He’s sick every week or injured.
    His skills are declining rapidly.
    Something is up with him.

And unofficially the Ravens are out of the playoffs

Never underestimate this team. Games are won on the field, not on paper.

  4. >And that is how you miss the playoffs.

Going for 2 twice and missing instead of kicking the extra point for overtime works too.

  5. Ah yes, the arrogance and stupidity of Harbaugh and the Ravens fans. Lamar has a zillion regular season wins! He was the MVP! He’s the reason we won all our games! Huh? You’ve had two QBs who have barely played in the league start the last 3 games and immediately improve the offense in every statistical category including points scored per game. Lamar’s last 7 games were atrocious. Not a half, or even one bad game, seven terrible performances in a row. He’s been regressing each year since his MVP. He’s always been smoke and mirrors. Now it’s as clear as day he’s not an NFL QB. It’s amazing how stubborn and delusional you all are. This isn’t hate; it’s simply reality and facts.
