Though there is one game remaining in the Wild Card round, the NFL has announced the schedule for next weekend’s Divisional round contests.

On Saturday, Jan. 22, the Bengals and Titans will get things started at 4:30 p.m. ET with their matchup on CBS. Then the Packers will host the 49ers on FOX at 8:15 p.m. ET.

On Sunday, Jan. 23, the winner of the matchup between the Cardinals and Rams will head to Florida to play the Buccaneers at 3:00 p.m. ET on NBC. At 6:30 p.m. ET, the Bills will play the Chiefs in Kansas City on CBS.

The Titans and Packers are both coming off of their respective conference’s playoff bye as the No. 1 seed.

  1. I haven’t seen any NFC team so far that will give Green Bay any problems so far. Perhaps tomorrow night.

It’s looking like a Packers / Bills Super Bowl.

  2. If the Bengals make another Super Bowl, I’m sure many fans would love a 3rd crack at the 49ers…this time with no Joe Montana.

  3. No real surprises yet. Maybe that the Pats didn’t even show up. I see Bills or Chiefs vs Packers.

  4. Saturday night in Green Bay?

Forecast says cloudy and sub-zero. Maybe waaaaay sub-zero.

Hi temp for the day forecast at only -6f dropping -19f heading into Sunday..

  5. Buccaneers – 49ers

    and

    Bengals – Chiefs

    Buccaneers – Bengals Super Bowl!

Just Kidding. All the rest of the games could be really close and really good. Could be fun. Or, disappointingly a bunch of blowouts like in this week.

  6. So far the only playoff game that was competitive was Raiders/Bengals… So adding 2 more teams seems foolish!

Yeah, yeah… Lambeau in January was the big ‘threat’ last year and the Bucs had NO issue!

    NFCC: Bucs vs. 49ers
AFCC: Bills vs. Titans (IF Henry is full go!)

  7. Is it me or is this schedule not really fair to the winner of the Rams vs cards game? The BUCS will have day of rest extra. In football a day can be a big deal when it comes to recovery.

  8. The 49ers are peaking at the right time. Looks like another disappointment end to the season for Aaron Rogers and the Packers.

  9. The NFL is stupid. The Bills vs. Chiefs and 49ers vs. Packers would be a ratings smasher on Sunday.

  10. If the Bengals make another Super Bowl, I’m sure many fans would love a 3rd crack at the 49ers…this time with no Joe Montana.

This time the Bengals would have the Joe.

  11. Monday night game then flying across the country. This schedule is great for fans but sucks for the Rams and Cardinals

  12. The Bills will advance, and win the Superbowl. The team has it all – Josh Allen is the BOSS.

  13. Can you imagine how McVey keeps the team rested and able to perform if they play the championship game? Think about the travel…going back and forth west to East, back west, then to GB. This is to say nothing of the change in climate. Brady always has a shot, but the Rams? It’s a tough ask.

  14. NFL clearly setting up Packers Bucs championship. What would be really unbelievable would be Bills over Packers in the Super Bowl. Ratings!

  15. Green Bay will have trouble stopping the run game of SF. Samuel is like Megatron as a receiver / runner.

  16. “49ers vs. Bucs and Bills vs. Titans in the conference championships.” Lets get this straight, the 49ers had a hard game with a mediocre Dallas team on Sunday suffering a few injuries, they fly to Green Bay on Friday five days later and then play the well rested and well healed up number 1 seed on the road on a very cold 5 degrees Saturday night at Lambeau Field and you pick the Niners to win? you really are a homer.Packers by 13.

  17. Everybody knew the Steelers didn’t belong. No surprise there. It’s also not surprising the Patriots lost, just that they laid down so easily. No the schedule isn’t fair the Cards/Rams, but neither team is relevant so who cares?

  18. “Yeah, yeah… Lambeau in January was the big ‘threat’ last year and the Bucs had NO issue!”

Really? My recollection is that Brady had one of his worst games, and that things went down to the final minute.
And that was: With the “refs who always favor the Packers” somehow… not. And Kevin “Mr. Liability” King being a full-time starter for GB. And Mike Pettine constantly putting King in solo coverage at crucial times. And only a few thousand fans allowed in the stadium. So there could be some “issues” this time. Or not. We’ll see.

  19. 9ers vs. Packers is going to be awesome to watch. The Pack finally has pro-bowl caliber players returning from injury and they’re a much better team than when they throttled the 9ers back in September. Jimmy G and Samuel are going to get broken in that cold. The Packers have been practicing in this weather for some time and let’s have fun guys.

I’m sure the 49er fans will have a sea of red in Green Bay…

    ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

All those 49er fans in that sea of red better pack their woolies.🥶

  21. “49ers had a hard game with a mediocre Dallas team on Sunday suffering a few injuries, they fly to Green Bay on Friday five days later and then play the well rested” Um, yes, the Niners will win. It’s nothing they haven’t already done against Rodgers and the Packers in Green Bay in the playoffs. Even Colin K. did it twice. You really think Jimmy G. can’t pull it off? Stay away from betting.

  22. I can’t see anybody going to Greenbay and winning.Aarons toe will be better and the Packers are well rested.

  23. The Bills just won their SB against the Patriots. I expect a let down game from them like they had against the Falcons.

  24. Raiders fans show up everywhere and that’s even before they put private security people in plain clothes to protect people in the crowd!

  25. The 49ers are peaking at the right time.
    ==========

Give away a commanding lead, not able to slam the door shut, QB throws team back into the game

    Thats peaking?

Peaking is what the Bucs did yesterday. Obliterate an inferior opponent.

Umm, think the buccaneers will have something to say about that. Bucs gave GB lots of problems and don’t think GB has improved to handle the buccaneers
    Bucs vs Bills SB

  27. You really think Jimmy G. can’t pull it off?
    ==========

You obviously didn’t watch the game yesterday.

  28. Green Bay will have trouble stopping the run game of SF. Samuel is like Megatron as a receiver / runner.
    ==========

Agreed. Tough matchup, and Samuel is really fun to watch.

But if Warner and Bosa are out, or limited, what will the 9ers be able to do to stop anything the Packers want to run?

  29. For all Dak’s weaknesses as a franchise QB, at least he had the wherewithal to tuck and run the ball into the end-zone when the opportunity presented itself.
Will Arrogant Rodgers exhibit the same will to win this time around if the situation to do so unfolds?

  30. All I need to know is that Rodgers chokes against the 49ers in the playoffs. He has zero wins against them and multiple interceptions to show for it. That is all.

  31. You can tell the NFL really wants Tampa and Brady to have an easy road to the SB for ratings. They get to play a Divisional, against a team having a MNF game, and a short week? That’s historically unfair..
