The Super Bowl LVI point spread is starting to shift.

The Rams opened as 3.5-point favorites, but the line quickly moved to 4.5 points, as early money came in on the Rams. But now some books are shifting the line again, and Caesars now has the line at Rams by 3.5.

“We want to see what Rams money is out there,” a Caesars spokesperson told David Payne Purdum of ESPN.

The line has been fairly stable, with everyone agreeing that the Rams ought to be favored by somewhere in that 3.5 to 4.5 range.

  1. The line is off because the Rams have few fans while Cincy has some rabid fans who have waited so long for this they are engaged in a little wishful thinking. That and the bandwagoners who love the storyline of what the Bengals have done so far. Rams will cover that line very easily. Easiest bet we’ve seen this postseason.

  2. Chiefs were favored by 7, were up 18, and lost by 3 after Pat forgot how to play catch. Not saying lines matter, but there’s been some weird things happen this year.

  3. On paper the Rams should win but unfortunately Stafford tends to wilt like lettuce under pressure. I expect several fumbles/INT’s from him and a close Bengals win.

  4. What I’ve learned the last few years that one side of the bet seems too good to pass up. Then BAM it goes the other way. To me it seems that the Rams line is too sweet, so I gotta say the Bengals will cover and probably win outright. We will see.
