As the NFL continues the slow reveal of the 2022 schedule, one of the marquee games of the year has been placed in the middle of the season on a Sunday afternoon.

That game is Cowboys at Packers, a Week 10 game that will get a 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff on Sunday, November 13, and be televised on Fox.

The Cowboys and Packers are two of the NFL’s biggest TV draws, and their meeting is likely to be one of the most-watched games of the 2022 regular season. It’s also a homecoming for Cowboys coach Mike McCarthy, who returns to Lambeau Field after coaching the Packers from 2006 to 2018.

The full NFL schedule will be announced on Thursday night. Every game we know so far is here.

  1. woo-hoo. The perennial under-performing Cowboys (who are still somehow “America’s Team) and the This-team-is-nothing-without-Aaron-Rodgers meet up for hype-fest 2022.

Think I’ll plan my nap for that time.

  2. Any televised game with Ego Rodgers playing is not allowed in my house.

  3. By week ten both teams should have the NFCN and NFCE locked up so this game is for seeding in the playoffs.its a very important game for both teams.

  4. ESPN is labeling it as “McCarthy Returns to Lambeau”. No word yet if he’ll be on the sideline or in the stands.

  5. “It’s also a homecoming for Cowboys coach Mike McCarthy, who returns to Lambeau Field.” Unless Jerry has already fired him by then…

  6. Marquee game? Why, what have either of these teams done in the last decade?

  7. A little pre-Thanksgiving Cowboy barbeque in Green Bay, I’ll be there.

  8. So many complainers. They’ll all be tuned in. Or maybe they prefer getting up early that morning for the “premier” matchup from Germany: Tom Brady vs. Drew Lock.

  9. Evidently, somebody at NFL HQ thinks it’s a great marketing strategy to let the schedule trickle out. It’s not.

  10. Been a long time since the 1990’s ended, time to stop calling this a Marquee game.

Saying that both teams have high tv ratings is fine, but most od the nation now see’s packers cowboys as nothing different than a lions game on thanksgiving, just traditional.

  11. Awesome, but the real question is whether this is a Green game or a Gold?

  12. Like a Lions game? Only real tradition is the black hole of football in Detroit unfortunately, it’s football hell.

  13. the real question is whether this is a Green game or a Gold?

    *********
Tony, I already know this as I am a season ticket holder, (Gold Package) but a few of my friends are Green.
    We usually mix and match.
But since we don’t know the number of home games preceding this one, it’s impossible to know whether it’s Green or Gold game, hence my curiosity and also my somewhat rhetorical question.

  15. McCarthy is an overrated joke. He played the “I’m a successful NFL coach,” just like Zimmer did. McCarthy was nothing without Rodgers. Zimmer is still nothing.

  16. The Cowboys and Packers are two of the NFL’s biggest TV draws, _&_ For sure this year…everyone will tune in to cheer against lying Aaron rodgers. People from around the world will cheer against the packers this year just like last year’s playoff 1 and done loss to SF.

    Zzzzzzzzz

The Packers have participated in the postseason seventeen times in the last twenty years, and haven’t gone one-and-done in nearly ten years.

    But you already knew this.
